Weight Training

Weight Training is an elective class offered to all Midpark Students.  We lift 4 days a week and perform some sort of cardiovascular exercise and/or alternative lifting routine every Wednesday.  This class is for those students who are trying to become stronger and want to better their physical appearance and get in better shape.

Weightlifting is essential for all athletes if they want to be able to compete against their peers from other schools.  I encourage any student athlete to take my strength and endurance class.  Students will be evaluated on the 6 NASPE standards that have been adopted by the state of Ohio for Physical Education.  Data collected will be reported to the state of Ohio annually regarding meeting the standards.
