  •  **Parent pick-up and early release of students **

If your child will be picked up at the end of the day (at 3:40 pm), a NOTE is required, (email is not acceptable)

Without a note or a parent sign out (in the office) your child will be directed to his/her bus line or to extended care if he/she is enrolled.

Due to the number of phone calls, classroom interruptions and the safety of our students, we will no longer accept phone calls for parent pick-up.  If your child is to be picked up by a parent every day, then one note to the teacher is sufficient.

If you do not send a note you must park your car, in the far lot, and come into the office and sign your child out.

Students will be released at 3:40 pm for parent pick up.  Please be on time so the parent pick up line moves swiftly and safely.

Early Release:If your child needs to leave earlier in the day for an appointment, please send a note stating the time you will be coming into the office to sign him/her out.  The teacher will then have your child ready for you in a timely fashion.

The students’ safety is our main concern.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep all children safe!
