In order to use the portal, you must create an account:

    How do I create an account?
    1. On the home page, click the Create New Account link in the login pane. The Account Information page appears.
    2. Enter or select information in the account information fields and click Submit. You can use that information to log in immediately. The portal will send a message with your account information to the email address you supply.
    How do I log in?
    1. After you create your account, click the Log In button in the login pane on the home page.
    2. The login page displays. Enter the User ID and Password you created and click Login.
    3. The main menu page displays.
