    Hello Class of 2019 Senior Parents and Guardians:

    The Post Prom event is a fun evening of food, games, prizes, music and more.   We have a lot planned for the evening and will need more help.   We would love to have everyone participate to make this evening special and a night to remember.  

    Our remaining meeting dates are as follows:

    We also will be meeting on Sunday evenings thru April 15th (except Feb 24th) from 5-7 pm in the cafeteria for

    “Arts and Crafts” to help prepare for the big night.  Please join us for some creative prepping. 

    (As you have noticed I have not revealed the theme as we are trying to keep it a secret from the kids!!)

    We are still in need of donations.  We sent a letter at the end of December to all the families of the Class of 2019 asking for any monetary contributions to help fund this evening.  All the food, decorations, entertainment are all being paid for by our fundraising efforts.  Any little bit will help.  If you are able, donations can be sent in to the school and dropped off in the front office.  Please put it in an envelope and mark it Post Prom.  Mrs. Vasicek in the office will make sure it gets to us. 


    We also do have a few fundraisers to help our cause.  On February 15th, we will be collecting donations of clothes, linens, small household items etc.  We will have a rental truck at the school on Friday evening, Feb 15th  from 7-9 pm for drop off.   Post Prom will get paid per pound of donations.  This could potentially earn post prom $1000 or more for the stuff you don’t want anymore.  Please consider dropping off a bag or 2.

    We also have Spirit Wear for the Class of 2019.  I have attached the order form to this email.  We will be taking orders now until February 22.  If you would like to place an order, please print out the order form and return to the high school office with your order form and payment.  The order will be placed the weekend of the 22nd and will take approximately 3 weeks.  Please make sure you have a phone number that we may be able to contact you.   As soon as they are completed, we will set a pick up date for one evening at the school.
