Mass Notifications

Berea City Schools uses the Mass Notification System to inform families and staff of important updates, including school closings, delayed openings, early dismissals, late buses, and other urgent messages.

Important: Keep Your Contact Information Up to Date

Please make sure that all your contact information is current in Infinite Campus to ensure you receive important school notifications.  

Also, check your SPAM folder and filters to make sure the email is not being blocked or diverted. 

Opting Back In to Notifications

If you have opted out of receiving notifications on your personal device and would like to opt back in, follow the instructions below.

You may also complete the Mass Notification Data Verification form (opens in a new tab) to update or reactivate your information.

How to Re-Subscribe

  • Phone calls: Call the Finalsite Phone Hotline at 855-502-STOP (855-502-7867) from the phone number that was opted out.
  • Text (SMS) messages: Reply START to 97178 for non-emergency messages, or reply START to 53291 for emergency messages, from the phone number that was opted out.
  • Email: Open a previous school notification email and follow the instructions to re-subscribe.
