Route information for the 2026-2027 school year will be communicated via email & Stopfinder on August 11, 2026. 

The Berea City School District Transportation Department works daily behind the scenes to safely and efficiently transport students to and from school. Our team is committed to providing reliable service that supports student learning, prioritizes safety, and ensures operational efficiency across the district.

  • Transports 4,000 students daily
  • Over 3,800 miles traveled each day (695,000+ annually)
  • Fleet of 76 vehicles (70 buses and 6 vans) operating 57 daily routes.
  • Approximately 280+ transportation trips each day, including field trips and extracurricular activities

All vehicles are equipped with onboard camera systems, and safety remains our highest priority for students, staff, and the community.

Find Your Bus Route

Bus routes for the upcoming school year will be released in early August.

Public School Students: Transportation information will be available through both Stopfinder and Infinite Campus.

Non-Public School Students: Transportation information will be available through Stopfinder.

Families are encouraged to utilize Stopfinder as their primary transportation communication tool. Through the app, parents and guardians can:

  • View bus stop and route information
  • Receive important notifications and updates from the Transportation Department
  • Track their student's bus location using GPS technology

Please ensure you are registered in Stopfinder to receive transportation updates and route information as soon as they become available.

Getting started

  1. Activate your subscription using the invitation email from Transfinder. If you did not receive an email, contact the BCSD Transportation Department at 216-898-8301 or berea_trans@bereaschools.org.
  2. Download and install the Stopfinder app.
  3. View your student’s transportation schedule.
