• PBIS is a school-wide system of supports that includes proactive strategies for defining, teaching, and supporting appropriate student behaviors. The purpose of PBIS is to improve the overall school climate, decrease reactive management, and maximize academic achievement for all students. 


    At Berea- Midpark High School, 3 main principles guide our expectations of students in the classroom:
