Summer Camp
Summer Camp is designed to meet the needs of working parents or others who have a desire for fun, interesting, supervised activities for their children. Children who attend the Berea City Schools Kindergarten through 6th grade are eligible to enroll in the Summer Camp Program. Incoming Kindergarteners must have completed registration and have been approved for the 2026-2027 school year prior to being registered for the Summer Camp Program. Campers will participate in a wide variety of experiences including: sports, outdoor games, arts, crafts, science activities and field trips; all built around a weekly theme. Campers will have daily access to the gym and playground and swimming two times a week at our community recreation center swimming pools. All camp transportation to swimming and field trips are included in the cost of the program.

2026 Summer Camp
Welcome BCSD Families!
We are very excited for the upcoming 2026 Summer Camp Program! Registration opens on February 16, 2026. Please review the following information:
Summer Camp 2026 is being held at Berea-Midpark Middle School! We are having 8 weeks of programming, starting June 8, 2026-July 30, 2026. We are offering both 4 days/week of summer camp (Monday-Thursday) and a 3 days/week option. We will not be offering programming on Fridays. Our traditional summer camp is from 9:00AM-4:00PM. We are also offering before and after camp care. Please note that there will not be any summer programming on Thursday, June 18, 2026 or on Thursday, July 2, 2026.
There is a 4 week minimum commitment to participate in camp.
Our prices for Summer Camp 2026 are as follows:
Registration Fee (non-refundable):
$35 for a single student
$50 for siblings in the same household
4 Days Per Week
- Summer Camp: 9:00AM-4:00PM-$155/student/week
- Summer Camp + Before Camp Care: 7:00AM-4:00PM-$187/student/week
- Summer Camp + After Camp Care: 9:00AM-6:00PM-$187/student/week
- Summer Camp +Before and After Camp Care: 7:00AM-6:00PM-$219/student/week
3 Days Per Week
- Summer Camp: 9:00AM-4:00PM-$120/student/week
- Summer Camp + Before Camp Care: 7:00AM-4:00PM-$144/student/week
- Summer Camp + After Camp Care: 9:00AM-6:00PM-$144/student/week
- Summer Camp +Before and After Camp Care: 7:00AM-6:00PM-$168/student/week
Registrations will be open 2/16/2026-5/22/2026. We reserve the right to close registration early if enrollment is full.
All school fees must be brought current and up-to-date and the registration fee must be paid in order to reserve your spot!

2026 Summer Camp registration will be open 2/16/2026-5/22/2026. We reserve the right to close registration early if enrollment is full. Please complete ALL the prompts on the registration form.
Registration is not complete until the non-refundable registration fee has been paid. The registration fee is $35 for a single student or $50 for siblings in the same household. Any and all school fees must be up-to-date to be registered. Payments can be submitted through the Infinite Campus app or via check made payable to Berea City School District. Payments can be sent to the Summer Camp Office: 390 Fair Street. Berea, OH 44017. Fees will take 2-3 working days to populate on your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Payment for Weeks 1-4 is due on or before 5/22/26. Payment for Weeks 5-8 is due on or before 6/25/26.
We will be allowing changes to be made to weeks 5-8 of camp if you have a change in your schedule after camp begins. Any changes need to be made by Thursday, June 25, 2026. Please reach out to Summer Camp secretary Michelle Nelson at mnelson@bereaschools.org if you need to make changes.
