Resetting Your Password
Berea City Schools is now offering Parent Portal Users the ability to reset forgotten passwords and recover forgotten Usernames.
If you have never activated your Infinite Campus user account, call your student's school for the Activation Key and instructions.
You must first successfully login to the portal using your current password in order to set your email and security preferences which will allow you the ability for future forgotten user name and password resets. Therefore, if you have forgotten your current user name and/or password, call the Portal Support line at 216-267-2363 and follow the instructions listed in message.
If you have successfully logged in to the Portal and are experiencing issues with setting the security preferences, please click on the link below Managing User Account Passwords.
The Portal support line will ask you to email email@example.com and include in your email a detailed message describing the issue you are experiencing. Clearly state your name, one of your student’s names, the student’s date of birth and school they attend.
You will receive a response email within the next business day.
