Our all-day kindergarten program provides a rich and engaging, developmentally appropriate experience designed to support the whole child. Each day is structured to help students build confidence, develop independence, and grow academically and socially in a supportive environment.

Every child develops at their own pace. These skills support a successful start.
If they cannot do something this week, you may see them do it a couple of weeks later.
Children must be five years old on or before the first day of instruction.
Ohio’s kindergarten age requirement has changed. Students must now be five years old by the district’s first day of kindergarten instruction to enroll. For Berea City Schools, that date is Monday, August 24 for the 2026-27 school year.

High School - Due to the variety of schedules and courses among students, there is no universal supply list for the high school. Students should have a fully charged Chromebook, notebooks, pens/pencils and anything else they feel would help keep them organized. Additional supplies may be communicated to students in their individual classes.
